Commission

Thank you for ordering a custom commission. Before purchasing a commission work, please read through the following agreement.

Customer Agreement:

  1. The usage of artwork is only meant for you or as a gift. You are not allowed to reproduce the work, use it as an advertisement, or use it for monetary value.

  2. You cannot alter the artwork without the artist's permission.

  3. You are not allowed to claim the work as your own or sell it to other consumers.

Art commissions:

I, as the artist, would not draw vehicles, mechs, nudity, or overly gory imagery. If you want further info on the types of work I draw, please email me at janetcnli@gmail.com.

Payment:

Clients must submit payments before the beginning of the sketch process if the commission is under $300. Commissions over $300 can be split into two transactions, one before the sketch process and the second after completing the work.

Clients that have split payments must pay the second half to be able to receive the artwork. If not paid, you will not receive the final artwork. 

Cancellations: 

If you cancel your order for the commission before the sketch process, there will be a 100% refund, but after the sketch process has begun, I will only refund 50% of the payment since I have already started the commission work.  Once the artwork is completed, you are not allowed to cancel the order. You must pay the full 100% of the commission.

Headshot - $40

Bust - $60

Waist - $75

Full Body - $ 95

(Optional)

Environment - $50

Additional characters - $10 per

Per Object and add-on accessorize - $5

Coloured - $20

Environment pricing

Prices may vary on the level of detail with the scene.

Base price -$300+

Mid Price - $500+

High price $700+

Colour is included with the commission.

This commission will require a written description of what you would like depicted within the scene, including the time of day, the mood, the area/ landscape/ buildings, what period it takes place in, the genre, and the colours. And any other additional info is greatly appreciated, along with mood boards (optional). 

How To Place Commission:

To place a commission, please fill out the form below. Please provide the following info 

  • What would you like to have commissioned 

  • Price point 

  • Coloured or black and white ( includes greyscale) 

  • Headshot, bust, waist, or full body

  • Optional additional characters, environment, object, and accessories (additional price)

  • If OC, please provide some references for the commission. 

    A reminder that commission may take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.
